Summer at The Three Chimneys
The summer months are in full swing here in Biddenden, and we’re embracing the season with fresh local produce, peaceful countryside views, and exciting nearby events. Whether you're joining us for a long lunch, a midweek escape, or a weekend adventure, here’s what’s new at Kent’s best-kept secret…
Locally Sourced, Garden-Inspired
This season, our menu celebrates the very best of summer, with ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers and herbs picked straight from our garden. From tender lamb to fresh hake, sea bass, and Cornish lemon sole, every element is chosen for its exceptional quality and flavour.
We work closely with a select network of producers to bring you the finest ingredients, sourcing only from trusted partners to ensure that only the best make it onto your plate. Each dish reflects the vibrant flavours of the season.
Look out for seasonal highlights like our mozzarella and basil bruschetta, served with local tomatoes; Kentish strawberries; and courgette, pea, and mint soup — all rooted in the flavours of Kent and the English countryside.
